• Act as a focal point between all parties (offshore Data Processors, offshore Data Processors, R&D and customers ) in solving all technical problems that may arise on offshore/onshore projects • Participate in testing and evaluating new software release • Responsible of technical knowledge distribution and learned lessons communication with the cooperation of the team managers • Train staff on data provision processes to provide them with the level of technical knowledge to perform their role • Provide client and team support with technical issue resolution via e-mail, phone and other electronic medium • Follow up bug reports and communicate feedback to R&D and get solutions or workarounds for current software bugs or defects • Establish and maintain complete integrated technical support process coordinated with all related parties • Issue reports that show tasks progress and performance
