• Supervise logistics operations ( Warehousing and Distribution) with dynamic team including Fleet Officers, Stock controllers, Data entry, Dispatch controllers, Dispatch in Charges, Forklift operator & Labors coordinated operations between them to ensure streamlined operations, reported progress on the same to the Warehouse Manager. • Responsible for keeping the existing logistics smooth and efficient through: • Adhering to an intricate inventory management system. (SAP WMS)• Supervising, monitoring KPIs reaching service to sales records (Order fulfillment, Stock Day On Hand, Freshness, Shipment accuracy & Delivery trucks availability) as per committed targets under agreed budget. • Executing the daily and monthly plan , according to the customers’ requirements, as well as coordinating for the same with logistics, sales and finance departments• Allocating work modules to various teams under purview consistently following up on progress and providing performance appraisals. • Complying with all audit requirements including familiarizing the warehouse management team of the policies and procedures. Setting up a responsibility structure for all organizational reporting based on the concepts of hierarchy reporting and shift change procedure.• Be Sure from robust win-win relations with customers ensured satisfaction of customer needs.
