Export Specialist

Manage Exports, International Trade, Customer Service & support Business Development. Potential customers Identification and Development. Develop and maintain customer database. Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients. Contribute to the achievement of the budget objectives meet individually assigned objectives in order to enhance company’s market share. Develop sales proposals and present sales contracts. Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person. Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships. Build a long-term business relationship with clients. Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development. Planning transport routes by carrying out a detailed study of cost effective trade routes. Planning best means of transport to meet the cost as well as time barriers. Ensuring the safe delivery of goods by handling and taking proper care of goods during transport. Prepare and manage all the necessary documents required for carrying out foreign trade. Verify the delivery of goods according to the customer specifications and ensuring that deadlines are met. Ensure whether the rules and regulations are met.
