.Monitoring and testing products (Fruits and vegetables) to ensure that they meet the standards and specifications fixed for the export activities to ensure the quality and reputation of the product to the consumer (inside and outside Egypt) Responsible of Monitoring the specifications required for each export product (Fruits and vegetables) Responsible of working to know the several specifications required for the different countries in terms of sizes, quality, color and sugar ...etc. Responsible of all the tests and quality assurance activities on the products at all stages starting from the collection until the selection in the final stages of packaging and until the accomplishment of the shipment Responsible of inspecting the final products and ensuring that it meets the needs of customers through the issuance of corrective measures aimed at preventing the recurrence of any error to reach the product to the required level Responsible of Inspecting and evaluating products from the external and internal farms in terms of product quality and exportable rates Ability to advise, lead and train employees to maximize productivity and quality of work in a safe and compliant manner; Ability to represent the Company in a professional manner; Strong organizational, decision making, problem-solving, and analytical skills; Ability to manage priorities, multiple projects, daily workflow, and meet deadlines in alignment with the Top Management.
