Fleet Management Supervisor

Develop and execute campaigns, communications, and training to optimize the retention and productivity of clients' fleet. Makes technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs. Ensure current status information is all updated in appropriate tracking systems. Identifies and works with different employees and workers to resolve potential customer service, maintenance, and equipment issues. Establish and maintain positive and professional working relationships with clients and internal associates. Closes new accounts by answering the telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information. Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends, identifying sales opportunities. Providing training and producing support material for other team members.
