Senior System Administrator

Participate in business continuity planning such as design, implementation and maintenance of the enterprise server environment (cloud and on-premises) including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, optimization, capacity management and disaster recovery. Lead the planning & deployment of enterprise server security and vulnerability management processes Monitor and implement operation and improvements within existing server and storage environments. Investigate and establish server administration standards serving as the technical expert of server back-ups, recovery, security, monitoring standards, storage administration, batch processing and virtualization Ensure server environments meet proper performance, security and capacity standards. This includes effective backup strategies, disaster recovery and patching Ensure network environments meet proper performance, security and capacity standards. This includes LANs, WANs and Internet Connectivity. Facilitate knowledge sharing by creating and maintaining detailed, comprehensive documentation and diagrams. Respond quickly and effectively to production issues and take responsibility for seeing those issues through to resolution Engage with IT external partners to ensure SLAs are met and company processes and policies are adhered to. Clearly articulate requirements, issues, project status, etc. to non-technical management personnel. Maintain and manage contractual licensing and maintenance agreements. Performed technical, product familiarization to transfer knowledge to team members. Troubleshooting & facilitating the Infrastructure and connectivity issues remotely such as Active Directory, GP, DNS, DHCP, CRM, Microsoft AX, AV, , SharePoint, SQL Databases, and Cyberoam Firewall. Responsible for monitoring backup process by Backup EXEC Tool Participating in the migration project for all platforms Server 2008R2, to Server 2012 R2.
