Sales Executive

Identify and develop new business with current and potential clients by generating leads and interest through cold-calls, networking, presentations, and office visits. Schedule meetings with corporate, Educational, Public Sector, embassy and private sector organisations Present International House courses and services to key decision makers Learn customers' diverse, specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Achieves the monthly sales target Cross/upsell where applicable alternative IH products and services Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. Coordinate with staff across departments to accomplish the work required to close sales. Assist Finance department on follow-up for collection of payment when requested. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. Manage tasks to organize and prioritize daily and weekly sales goals. Present on a weekly basis to Business Project Manager total number of leads and total number of conversions vs target Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. Conduct class observations once every quarter to be fully aware of the product offering Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Maintains a strong corporate clients’ database. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
