Job Summary: The Senior Recruitment Specialist is responsible for attracting and recruiting applicants to a range of positions in the company and for carrying out all associated tasks. Responsibilities: Receiving hiring requests from the company’s different departments Writing job descriptions and job requirements for the needed vacancies Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate list of the jobs and vacancies within the company to identify staffing needs Advertising all vacancies internally through the company’s network and externally through various media channels and outlets Selecting the received applications and identifying the best applicants Interviewing potential recruits and identifying those suitable for shortlisting Carrying out all administrative arrangements for those attending a selection process, such as arranging tests and providing suitable arrangements for applicants with special needs Sending job offer emails to accepted candidates that include the required hiring papers and gross salaries Participating in the orientation sessions for the newly hired employees
