Identify new customers yearly. Issue the sales deal according to the company policy and procedures. Update the customers with the company recent promotions quarterly. Survey the market for management feedback. Customers status update “New, closed, and current” Customers sales capacity/ ability. Sales volumes & values periodically Support the customers in product visibility, display, and positioning. Determine the credit terms with the customers according to the credit policy. Identify the customers’ payment methods to maintain the company customers. Follow up the credit manager’s approval on the sales orders. Ensure & follow products delivery to the customers on date with the logistics coordinator. Issue periodical statistical analysis to follow up the sales status, and review the target achievements. Follow up the collection process “Cash/ credit”. Ensure the validity of the official documents for the new customers upon the deal issuance. Make the relevant reconciliations quarterly with the customers to verify his accounts/ dues.
