Ensure an efficient dispatching system for all EEL Vehicles Ensures that all rental requests, maintenance & repair requests are well maintained and done on time. Ensures that all operations related to vehicles are carried out in an orderly, efficient and safe manner. Organise the daily operation of pool cars and pool drivers and allocates all expenditures to the related cost centres Arranges and implements training, supervision, evaluation and discipline to all drivers assigned by EEL Establishes and administers vehicle life cycle and arranges all the replacement schedules. Presents all the needed weekly/monthly reports Fuel consumption analysis report/ Mileage consumption analysis report/ Repair & Maintenance analysis report/ Licences and insurance. Supervises vehicle rental costs, fuel consumption, mileage consumption, drivers’ overtime, drivers’ travel allowance and vacation balance. Check and validates all invoices related to the fleet department. Supervises and supports the Fleet Traffic Controller and the Fleet Accountant. Maintains relationships with all vendors related to vehicles, maintenance, insurance, licenses etc. and works on adopting the most cost-effective methods.
