Job Scope: To provide a high level support for delivering and managing all technical services to the customer; to manage the CBRE on-site teams and subcontractors. Main Responsibilities and Duties: Supervises the daily execution of account level technical and/or soft services. Ensures delivery of services with a high level of customer satisfaction, and identifies opportunities to expand contract scope. Oversees CBRE employees and vendor relationships. Evaluated in context of the standard size. Often sets and achieves daily operational objectives with some direct impact on others within area. Occasionally sets and delivers operational objectives with direct impact on achieving results within area. Often uses influence to convince both internal and external parties that have a desire to reach agreement to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches. Regularly Correct or resolve issues or problems in existing systems and processes and makes minor changes. Less often Adapts or enhances quality or value in existing methods; make better as party of day-to-day activities. Manages at least three team members; leads, schedules, allocates and monitors work. Responsible for many services at site level including localized P&L responsibility.
