-Maintains the production of products according to specifications. -Manages to decrease losses across processing operations. -Monitors the set KPIs of the control room. -Trains the Automation team on their tasks. -Coordinates with the Maintenance department concerning the preventive maintenance. -Follows up on Maintenance activities within production halls. -Updates & modifies the operating systems in coordination with the Electrical Maintenance Section. -Monitors the implementation of the production plan with the Automation team & ensures that best practices has been implemented. -Overcomes the obstacles & problems to facilitate workflow. -Participates with the Food Safety ( HACCP ) & with the internal audit team concerning the preparation for ISO System Audits.
