Executive Secretary

Job Duties And Responsibilities: Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.). Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Attend meetings and take minutes. Make travel arrangements for executives. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure. Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders. Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible. Provide general support to visitors. Respond to department’s heads and other stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner, both orally and in writing.
