Job Scope: Implementation and Compliance to JC Purchasing Strategies and Processes. Responsibility for Procurement and sourcing for the GWS. Main Responsibilities and Duties: Co-ordinate the implementation of JC Corporate Sourcing; Supply Chain Strategy within the Country. This includes promoting the use of Preferred Suppliers, ensuring adherence to Building Efficiency Integrity; SOX requirements and generating savings across FM services lines. Streamline the Contract Register for the ops Accounts, enforce the use of preferred Suppliers [in order to reduce supplier base and leverage spend], and put in place formal contracts with key suppliers [ensuring back to back risk with client accounts]. Develop a Sourcing Plans for ops Accounts. Ensure services lines are tendered in line with the Sourcing Plan. Ensure consistency of specifications, SLAs and processes. Manage risk and supply chain cost. Work closely with operations on the accounts with regards to Sourcing. Promote compliance and process. Also, act as a point of escalation for supplier issues on Accounts. Actively support the Regional Sourcing team and the Account Directors in identification and reporting of savings and ownership and reporting of specific sourcing initiatives. Driving the central GWS Sourcing Team in developing central initiatives, undertaken central [JC] projects as and when required, undertake sourcing training and sharing best practice. Ownership and Management of selected central Preferred Suppliers. This involves quarterly reviews and management of these suppliers in the Supplier Database. Under the guidance of the Regional Sourcing manager, work with Solutions Development team in tendering service lines for bid proposals. Under the guidance of the Regional Sourcing manager, transitioning suppliers [as part of sourcing Transition module] to JC when new business is secured. Management responsibility for sourcing teams. Supporting the Regional Sourcing Director with development of sourcing processes; procedures, Savings authorizations and tracking, the provision of management information, and ad hoc initiatives which drive the SCM department forward [ie legal library, tender templates, university research, accreditations].
