Main TASKS Install and configure the CRM system at each assigned OSS. The incumbent will also be responsible for providing training to OSS CRM administrators and end-users, coordinating acceptance testing and piloting, and provide post-implementation technical support. Work with the Communications team and the ICT Integration Team Lead to capture and complete all OSS related materials and documentation, including user guides, CRM admin manuals, workflow design manual, service delivery requirements, software source codes, and operating procedures. Separate full documentation and materials in addition to the source codes will be prepared for each OSS. Implement cross-cutting IT advisory tasks and any other required tasks assigned by the supervisor. Recommend improvements or design new IT and workflow dimensions for OSS, including detailing all technical requirements needed to improve or establish OSS and to create an IT design and execution plan for replication and support of OSSs beyond the project life to ensure sustainability. Using the USAID SEED SWOT and Comparative Assessment Report of Select Egyptian One Stop Shops” contribute to developing a full-scale plan to either improve existing or establish new OSS Centers. Develop and execute a complete facility design according to the OSS single-window configuration and monitor facility remodeling activities, ensuring inter-operability with existing IT systems and compatibility with existing IT software. Monitor and assess the progress of the IT activities of each improved/implemented OSS and regularly update the Component B Team Lead and the ICT Integration Team Lead. Coordinate the hardware (e.g. PCs, servers, network equipment, and queuing system) procurement, and installation at each assigned OSS. Support team members in coordinating and synchronizing project activities, creating and updating project plans, and ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks. Contribute to a final report reflecting the support provided to each OSS, including accomplished tasks, statistical and analytical results, and findings on best practices.
