Recruitment Specialist

- Post new vacancies to be able to attract the right calibers. - Send all recruitment latter (Invitation mail, Thanks mail…etc). - Preparing and the compiling and analyzing the HC reports. - Screen received CVs to be able to conduct initial phone screening. - Conduct interviews for different entry levels. - Call all concerned parties to conduct reference check at other companies regarding potential hiring to ensure effective Recruitment operations. - Update the recruitment database regularly. - Coordinate with the Recruitment Supervisor all replacement, rotation, Promotion and transfers - Participate in the employment fairs and handling the CVs collected in order to support the bank database. - Give assistance in hiring new branches. - Manage the Rec. processes on HR System and ensure accurate & updated data. - Present all needed reports to the direct manager as needed on time with level of accuracy. - Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility
