Technical Support

Technical support representatives provide telephone and on-line assistance to users and mainline software products. Installing and configuring computer hardware systems and IT software. Undertaking analysis, diagnosis and resolution of client problems via phone, e-mail& face-to-face contact. Escalating unresolved problems to Level 2 support. Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issue Support Microsoft Systems administration functions in Active Directory and Exchange. Support various operating systems and applications (Windows 7, Windows XP, and Microsoft Office). Leverage support technologies such as remote desktop, VNC, Device control, Antivirus, Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies. Raising & maintaining incident tickets and problem records. Support applications Banking & Brokerage field (BMIS- CIMS- APEX)
