Follow up the process of achieving the objectives of the sales team and customers. Follow up , train and appraise the sales team. Regular visits to customers whether with sales representatives or individual. Follow up the daily reports collected from the sales teams and submit them to the direct manager. Study the activities of competitors in the region, collect data, information, analyzed and submitted to the direct manager. Zoning and setting up appropriate plans for managing the region. Communicate all employee relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales Manager.
