The Fleet Sales Associate is directly responsible for selling new vehicles to fleet accounts. The Sales Associate will work with the business community, governmental agencies and political subdivisions to fill transportation needs of every kind. The Sales Associate is additionally responsible for cultivating a repeat and referral program. Sell vehicles to Fleet customers Deliver vehicles to customers. Ensures the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on customer satisfaction and being devoted to guaranteeing customer satisfaction Follow Mansour guidelines and properly fill out all necessary paperwork required in the sale of a vehicle Develop and maintain an ongoing system to locate new Fleet prospects. Develop and maintain a follow-up system that will encourage repeat and referral business Prospect on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail, and person to person – maintain a prospect development system Forecast goals at the beginning of each month Understand the dealerships inventory on a daily basis Introduce customers to the Service Department personnel to emphasize to customers the quality and efficiency of the Mansour's service operations Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
