Responsible for HR functions; “Recruitment, Performance management, training & development . Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, procedures, and activities across the company. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs in all company recruitment channels. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the concerned parties and the higher management. Lead the development and the implementation of HR policies and procedures in order to ensure that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled. Create the annual training needs analysis, training plan, and coordinate the training process. Assuring the accurate implementation for the HR Planning, Policies & Procedures. Writing job descriptions and Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place in addition to updating organizational chart.
