The purpose of this job is to encompass all aspects of Product Development, Operations, Quality assurance and documentation functions. This position is responsible for providing technical direction for Product Development, Operations and Quality Assurance of all products and services. This position works in collaboration with the other business units namely with Production, Sales/Marketing to ensure that existing and newly developed products reflect our strategic market positioning and address customer needs.
