Draw plans; using specialized design software packages Ensure plans meet the client’s requirements and specifications Make estimations for time schedules and costs Supervise the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems Collaborate with site managers, engineers, site worker and other professionals Coordinate with the procurement department and the project manager and the construction manager to organize the transportation of materials from and to the site Maintain and record updates and reports of site work progress obtained from the project manager Set up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates Ensure that the achieved progress on the project fits the progress anticipated in the schedule
