He could be responsible for handling the recruitment of Instructors in case of shortage If there is any complaint concerning the Instructor, the Sr. Instructor should attend with them the next time to finalize the whole case. Monitoring and coaching the Instructors. Training the Instructors and developing them. Evaluating the Instructors' performance and sending the feedback to the HR and LIS. Handling the attendance and salary sheet of the Instructors every month. Concerning Class’s Timings for any level, the Sr. Instructor should confirm on the inquired timing on the spot as soon as possible. The Sr. Instructor must receive the corrected handwritten exams from the Instructors (DON’Tthrow away corrected exams except after one month). The Sr. Instructor shall be responsible to open a new class for ANY LEVEL (upon the CS Supervisor' request) synchronizing with the Admin responsible for the available rooms. The LIS should receive the updated soft copies of the class profiles on daily basis including the Feedback on a daily basis to check that Instructors are punctual. The Sr. Instructor should send an email with all the disciplinary actions s/he took with the Instructors to the Accountant and the HR. The Sr. Instructor should receive a copy from the Admin Staff of the extra material which the Instructor prints/copies for the classes.
