Sales Executive

Post Overview: As a Sales engineer executive at MAB you shall be responsible for developing the commercial activity with the B2B segment of the organization. Your role will be critical for the growth of the organization. This post requires that you are constantly aware of the newest sales and customer attraction techniques. Even more so, you have to be fully aware of the markets we operate in, its trends, players, opportunities and threats. You shall also play an incremental role in identifying potential markets for the organization. Post Duties and Responsibilities: Research & Prospecting: You are required to always be aware of and up to date on the markets we operate in, opportunities, projects and market seasonal needs You are required to build an opportunity list, collect information on the leads and categorize the leads. You shall provide quarterly reports on all possible opportunities in the market Identify all prospects within our targeted categories and collect maximum info about what they do, problems they might be facing and accordingly what are their needs Maintain the research process where it shall be on-going all year long Collect full profiles decision makers in identified prospect’s organizations Engage through various communities to make friends that may help growing our business Build strong relationships with decision makers and influences in various business categories Ensure that all of your network have a full background about Antakh and its story Approach: Set a clear list of decision makers to approach Prepare a full presentation kit Build interest with prospective customers Continuous opening of strong leads Professionally drive leads Study prospects needs well to create assessment Identify prospect’s training and development needs Knowing prospect’s training budget Record every action taken with prospects whether it’s a meeting, phone call,..etc Provide a Post call report on all activities with all leads Assessment and closing deals: Provide the Academic committee(Ac) with a detailed sheet with prospect needs Work with the AC to develop the best solutions Communicate with the client’s HR/ training department and Mab’s AC and business development Documenting and using empirical data on the knowledge, skill, attitudes, and beliefs to refine programs and improve prospect’s learning Prepare final presentation kit for proposed programs Analyse: Monitor your personal performance towards set KPI’s Analyse results from prospects engagement and feedback Create creative solutions for prospects Define opportunities and mix and match between Develop different methods for approach
