GreenTech is a software company we have a new services application will published in Egypt. We are looking for Operations Manager who will build our operations team. You will work with almost all of the functions in the organization to make sure the customer has a flawless experienceYou will be part of the business planning and execution process to ensure we have a fully organized business and brand vision Responsibilities Grow, hire and coach the operations team Builds strong suppliers network " Very Important " Monitor service providers work levels and review work performance. Develop, implement, and evaluate operation policies and procedures. Manage inventory Manage the Customer Satisfaction team Monitoring/Assessing performance of subordinates to make improvements or take corrective action. Manage the outsourced Service providers Call customers and ask for feedback when needed Ensure Full Operation cycle delivers an amazing customer experience Financial Handling of operations expenses
