Job Description: Reporting to the CEO/Branch manager, the Senior Sales Executive is expected to qualify and contact prospective clients, up-sell to existing clients, and close business. The majority of business will be conducted via phone & in-person meeting. However, on larger deals, there will be some travel involved. The Senior Sales Executive will be expected to call into various groups within a prospective client, in particular the IT group and the business line, and understand the needs of each. Job Responsibilities: Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Qualify business opportunities by pro-actively initiating outbound calls to senior level management and probing prospects to determine needs; Conduct business presentation and demo to prospects and clients Provides answers to prospects/clients questions and inquiries. Negotiate and discuss with clients till closing the deal Utilize and manage prospect information with a comprehensive customer relationship management system; Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Accurately forecasting opportunities based on realistic assessments and strategically managing the pipeline of opportunities; Meeting internal metrics including: call volume, number of opportunities, and closed business; Optimize productivity and follow up on all leads in a timely manner; Research prospective industries and companies to assess their suitability for AboutTheSolution services.
