-Being the main point of contact between all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries -Maintain the company's calendar through scheduling appointments and reserving meeting rooms as required -Managing office supplies stock and placing orders -Organizing office operations and procedures -Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services -Plan in-house or off-site activities
