Project Leader

· Define project stakeholder, scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management. · Conduct Kick off meeting to communicate project objectives and announce project start-up · Participate with technology teams to estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. · Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. · Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. · Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. · Track project milestones and deliverables and report, progress, risks, issues in timely manners to get proper management attention to put the project on track. · Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. · Follow Etisalat IT PMO PM methodology and identify improvement if any. · Conduct project post mortems (Lessons learnt) and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. · Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. · Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
